Do feelings of anxiety or depression seem to control your life? Do past events haunt you?
My Practice
I use a holistic wellness and trauma-informed approach in my practice to treat anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship conflicts. My goal is to help you to heal and live life fully. During our time together, I will use a mix of EMDR, cognitive-behavioural and dialectical techniques, ACT, and somatic interventions to help you challenge unhelpful habits, heal from harmful experiences and achieve wellness.
My Qualifications and Philosophy
I have 8 years of experience in the mental health field in roles like Therapist, Mental Health Worker, and Career Educator, and specialize in working with people aged 16 to 40. Through my work and personal life, I have witnessed the pervasiveness of trauma which inspires me to lead a trauma-informed practice, and to create a holistic, “you” centered space in which you are empowered to improve your wellness and achieve your goals.
Why I Do What I do
I believe that connection is one of the most important facets of the human experience. Helping you to have a healthy, fulfilling connection with yourself, others and your environment is what inspires me to do the work that I do.
Who am I?
I am a third generation immigrant and settler from eastern Europe who identifies as an heterosexual, cisgender woman.
I strive to be an ally for the LGBTQ2+ in my practice and in the community by supporting welcoming spaces. I equally strive to be an ally for the indigenous communities of Canada by engaging with the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action.
Let’s chat about how we can work together to get you where you want to be!

Hello! Welcome to my bio, it’s nice to have you here. I am currently accepting new clients.
I have been fortunate to work within the mental health field for over 10 years, supporting those who want to heal and helping people navigate some of life’s toughest moments. I have helped people to show up for themselves and the people they love authentically, become free of unhelpful mindsets and behaviours, and live their lives to their fullest.
I love working with adults and adolescents, people living with anxiety, depression or BPD, eating difficulties and body image issues, addiction recovery and neurodiversity. I assess holistically, through a bio-psychosocial and trauma informed lens. This helps to account for the full picture of an individual’s mental health and its relationship to their support network and society. My approach is influenced by CBT, attachment theory, IFS, polyvagal theory and their relationship to culture. I also use Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT and DBT.
I look forward to connecting with you!

Trauma has often been misunderstood by doctors and therapists alike, overlooked or dismissed as a key factor in our overall health. Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a highly specialized therapy that effectively treats trauma, supporting healing where the rupture has occurred - in the nervous system.
Dr. Peter Levine developed Somatic Experiencing (SE) - grounded in biology, neuroscience and psychology, with over 45 years of successful clinical application. Using SE, we will track your body’s sensations to gently release survival energy held in the nervous system, renegotiating trauma and restoring the body, mind and emotions to wholeness and well-being.
SE supports your capacity to feel confident and capable, and your sense of belonging and connection. It can also improve sleep, digestion and concentration, and decrease anxiety, depression, outbursts, muscle tension, nightmares and flashbacks.
